Netball is the number one women's sport in the Pacific, and this plan sets out how we keep it thriving, open to more people, and visible on the world stage over the next four years. Built on the voices of our member nations, it is shaped around six pillars, Grow, Develop, Compete, Sustain, Connect and Inspire, each with clear goals and practical actions. It reflects both the strengths and the realities of our region, and our shared commitment to move forward together.
